MINNEAPOLIS, MN - JULY 15: American League All-Star Derek Jeter #2 of the New York Yankees speaks with American League All-Star Mike Trout #27 of the Los Angeles Angels during batting practice prior to the 85th MLB All-Star Game at Target Field on July 15, 2014 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Derek Jeter’s final All-Star Game appearance turned into a nice little evening for the Jeets. He led off the game with a double, and followed that up with an single in his 2nd AB. Jeter has been the consummate pro since Day 1 in the majors. DA pays homage to the man known as El Capitan.

The kid who drove Jeter in is the future face of MLB and had a welcome-to-the-national-scene game last night. Mike Trout does things no one his size should be doing and at his spry age. There was a passing of the torch feel last night from Jeter to Trout.

Whether you like his music or not, Drake needs to get lost in the worst way. Feuding with a middle of the road tennis player? C’mon Wheelchair Jimmy, you ain’t that tough.

Apparently the lack of sun has affected Jason on Anchorage in a bad way. Jason went off about Jeter getting a pass from the media on steroids. Sorry Jason, are we supposed to make up a connection between Jeets & the juice? DA gives it to him nice and proper. This morning’s Epic Fail.
