If you like sports and scantily clad women, you’ll probably like Ava Fiore, who posts photos and videos of herself talking football, usually while wearing lingerie or some other revealing garment.
She has more than one million followers on Instagram.
“It’s really incredible how it’s grown,” Fiore said on CBS Sports Radio’s The DA Show. “I’ve had so many problems with the page, though. I went through a phase over the summer where it had been hacked several times and then it got taken down because I was kind of pushing the boundaries with my . . . sports news. So I finally got it back. I’m happy to have it back.”
The first person to hack Fiore’s account deleted every video she had ever posted.
“It was two-and-a-half, three years worth of videos, so I was kind of bummed, but it’s okay,” Fiore said. “And they blocked like 300,000 or 400,000 followers. I get emails all the time (from people saying),’ Can you unblock me?’ It’s hard to keep up with the whole thing.”
Fiore, a former Golden Glove boxing champion, is also on Twitter, Periscope and Snapchat. She said that she does get backlash on social media, typically on Instagram.
“I actually have a lot of Instagram haters,” she said. “I get some nasty messages from some women. Not too much from guys, but from women I get some pretty harsh messages.”
The guys, meanwhile, are usually pretty encouraging. Sort of.
“Yeah, the guys are really encouraging all right with their pictures,” Fiore said, laughing. “I can’t even open my DMs. Oh my gosh, don’t even get me started. Guys, by the way, that’s not a way to get a chick by sending a picture of that, okay? No girl wants to see that. Maybe like ask me out for a milkshake.”
