Bill Walton dropped by CBS Sports Radio before the Final Four to profess his love for the Pac-12, among other topics. Walton, of course, starred at UCLA, where he was a two-time NCAA champion, a two-time Final Four Most Outstanding Player and a three-time National Player of the Year.

“I’m very proud (of the Pac-12),” Walton said on CBS Sports Radio’s The DA Show. “We have Los Angeles, USC, UCLA, we have the Bay Area, Berkeley and Stanford, we have Oregon and Oregon State, we have Seattle with Washington and Washington State, we have Utah, Salt Lake City, we have Boulder, we have Arizona State, we have Arizona – we are the conference of champions. The rest of them are a bunch of truck stops out there. I am proud, loyal, and grateful for what we have and for what the conference of champions has done for my life. I am truly the luckiest guy in the world.”
